Role Overview

- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, utilizing A/B testing and extensive targeting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Manage social media budgets and track expenditures to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Train and mentor junior social media team members to enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
